Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our services, all payments made on the website are considered final and are non-refundable. To confirm any booking for consultations or Puja services, users are required to make full payment in advance.
Once a service has been booked, it cannot be cancelled under normal circumstances. This policy is in place because preparations for astrological analysis and Puja rituals commence immediately after a booking is made, involving the allocation of time and resources, as well as the scheduling of priests. Therefore, requests for cancellation based on a change of mind, personal reasons, or dissatisfaction with the expected outcomes will not be entertained.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, users may request to reschedule their service, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the approval of astrodeepak.
Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases—specifically where the service could not be rendered due to an error or oversight on our part, or in instances of duplicate payments. In such situations, users must contact us with valid proof within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
